Section 01: Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and VIRTUAGLOBAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States, operating the platform IMEIScout.com (“IMEIScout,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using any portion of IMEIScout.com — including initiating an IMEI verification report, interacting with Scout AI, or completing a payment — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Section 02: Description of Services

IMEIScout.com provides AI-powered mobile device history and status reports based on an IMEI or Serial Number submitted by the User. Our platform cross-references global databases — including GSMA device registries, carrier blacklist databases, and commercial verification tools — to generate an accurate device status report.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • AI-generated device risk assessment and verdict.

  • Carrier Lock and SIM Lock status.

  • GSMA Blacklist/Stolen status verification.

  • Device specifications and model authentication.

  • Purchase and warranty history indicators.

  • Interactive AI chat with Scout for follow-up questions.

Services are provided on a per-report, one-time payment basis. No subscription is required. Report delivery is electronic via the platform interface and summary email.

Section 03: Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use IMEIScout.com and to complete any purchase. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Section 04: Payment & Refund Policy

  • Pricing: The price displayed at checkout at the time of your purchase shall be the final applicable price. Prices are subject to change at any time.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe. IMEIScout.com does not store your credit card information. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • No Subscription: IMEIScout.com operates on a one-time payment model.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital and immediately delivered nature of our reports, all sales are final and non-refundable once the report has been generated. If you experience a technical error, please contact us at support@imeiscout.com within 48 hours of purchase for case-by-case review.

Section 05: Report Accuracy & Data Disclaimer

IMEIScout.com reports are generated by algorithms cross-referencing third-party databases. While we strive for accuracy, VIRTUAGLOBAL LLC makes no guarantee of the completeness or timeliness of any information.

  • Reports are intended as a supplementary tool.

  • Not all carriers or international databases report data in real-time.

  • By using IMEIScout.com, you explicitly acknowledge that VIRTUAGLOBAL LLC bears no liability for any device purchase decision made in reliance on our reports.

Section 06: Prohibited Use

You agree not to use IMEIScout.com for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or commercializing report data without written consent.

  • Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data.

  • Attempting to disrupt backend systems or databases.

  • Using Scout AI to generate or distribute misinformation.

  • Training any AI or machine learning model using our data or reports.

Section 07: Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, AI models, algorithms, and trademarks on IMEIScout.com are the exclusive property of VIRTUAGLOBAL LLC. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal license to view the report for private, non-commercial purposes only.

Section 08: Privacy Policy

Section 09: Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIRTUAGLOBAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR RELIANCE ON ANY GENERATED REPORT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO IMEISCOUT.COM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Section 10: Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIRTUAGLOBAL LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

Section 11: Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of IMEIScout.com shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Both parties agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by providing written notice to support@imeiscout.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Section 12: Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any litigation not subject to arbitration shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in Polk County, Florida.

Section 13: Changes to These Terms

VIRTUAGLOBAL LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of IMEIScout.com constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
